MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS MY CITY SISTERS, Where women meet new friends. MY CITY SISTERS was designed as the premier place women can go to meet new friends with similar interests. It is designed as a gathering place for all women, and a place to meet safely and securely. The mycitysisters.com service is a way for women to find friends online. Mycitysisters.com is a product of MCS, LLC. Agreement: YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO REGISTER ON THIS SITE. This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you a member, (“Member”) and MCS, LLC. Please read the entire agreement before registering for mycitysisters.com (“the Site). By registering for the site you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement as long as you remain a Member. The terms of this membership and site are subject to change by MCS, LLC at any time, without notice, effective upon posting of a link to the changes on the mycitysisters.com website. As stated above, minors are not allowed membership, and when you register we will require information to affirm you are at least 18 years old. At anytime, you or MCS, LLC may terminate your mycitysisters.com membership, for any reason, effective immediately upon sending written notice to the other party. MCS, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to mycitysisters.com, without further notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by the Member. Your membership in mycitysisters.com is for your personal use, and your use alone. No others may be allowed to use your membership, and the membership or account may not be assigned to any other person. To become a Member you must register with us. When and if you register to become a Member, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form ("Profile") and to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete. You agree that we may rely on your Profile as accurate, current and complete. You acknowledge that if your Profile is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete in any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Service.
The Owner or You may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason whatsoever, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. If you send a notice of termination, your membership shall be immediately terminated, without an obligation to make a payment, rebate or refund on the part of the Owner. The Owner does however reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement or any other terms and conditions posted on the Site from time to time.
The Owner assumes no responsibility whatsoever for your use of the Service. It is for your sole, personal use and you may not distribute your user name and password allowing others to use the service through your membership. Use of the service is strictly prohibited to minors or any person under the age of 18, regardless of whether you have parental consent.
Conduct: As part of your membership you agree that: You are responsible for the information and content you display or post on the www.mycitysisters.com website. You are also solely responsible for any information you may send/transmit to other www.mycitysisters.com Members. You will not post or transmit any abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, otherwise offensive material, illegal material or anything that infringes upon another party’s legal rights, including the rights of privacy. You will not, in your profile for www.mycitysisters.com , include telephone numbers, physical addresses, last names, website information, email addresses, or anything construed as offensive. No photos will be allowed that contain personal information or nudity. MCS, LLC reserves the right, but is not obligated to reject or remove any profile that does not comply with these terms. You will not advertise to, or solicit other Members through the Site. You will adhere to our email and acceptable use policies and all other terms and conditions relating to your usage of the Services in respect of the Site, and will not transmit chain letters, junk messages, advertisements or any type of solicitation whatsoever of any products or services to any other Members of the Service. You will not in any way copy, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, distribute or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks or other protected proprietary information without the express written consent of the owner of such materials. You will abide by all federal and state laws regarding posting, distributing, and reproducing copyrighted materials or otherwise protected materials. You will only use the Service in a manner that is accepted and legal according to all applicable laws and regulations. You assume full responsibility for your interactions with other www.mycitysisters.com Members. You will not communicate, publish or display to any other Member any form of defamatory, slanderous, offensive, inaccurate, abusive, profane, obscene, sexually offensive, threatening, harassing, racial, or illegal material, including but not limited to nude photos of yourself or others, pornographic photos or images and any other type of unlawful or unacceptable material, as decided by the MCS. The owner reserves the right to remove any such material from the MCS website without notice. Your use of the service is strictly at your own risk and you are solely, whether it be written, verbal or in person, with any other Member of the MCS. The Owner of My City Sisters and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and third parties assume no responsibility whatsoever for harm that may come to you as a result of your contact (of any form) with any other Member of MCS (including but not limited to emotional, verbal and physical abuse or assault). By posting information or content to any public area of MCS, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant MCS and other Members an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information. You will not use the MCS, Services or your profile for any purpose other than to seek other persons for meeting and friendship; the MCS website and profiles shall not be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
You will not include any contact information or identifying content of yourself or another person in your profile. In the event that such unauthorized information has been included in your profile (determined by MCS, in its sole discretion) you authorize and agree that MCS may carry out the following: (i) immediately suspend or remove your profile, until such time as the breach is remedied; or (ii) remove or obliterate all or any portion of such prohibited information, and allow the remainder of your profile to be posted on www.mycitysisters.com .
Please note you may be involuntarily exposed to offensive or obscene materials on MCS that may have been posted by Members, hackers or unauthorized users from time to time. Please note that it is possible for others to obtain your personal information and use it to engage in an action that may be harmful to you or injure you. The Owner is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you choose to display, publish or distribute to other Members. Privacy Policy: My City Sisters, MCS, LLC respects the privacy of our users and is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This privacy policy is to describe for you, a member/user of My City Sisters, how the information we collect may be used or shared. By using our website, you agree to the practices described in our privacy policy and other policies outlined in this agreement. Personal information that can identify is collected for membership purposes. This information may be sent to servers located throughout the world. The information we may collect may include your name, username, physical location, email address, you interests, your age, and other demographics that identify you. The information we collect about you is used to deliver the membership services you have requested, provide customer support, manage your account, communicate with you by email, manage our business, and maintain site integrity through enforcement of our terms and conditions. Financial information may be used to process membership payments and discounts and to protect you from fraudulent transactions. We do not share your personal information with outside sources except those with which we have authorized as our service providers to process credit card payments.? We may also disclose your information in response to a law enforcement/governmental inquiry, to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. Third parties, such as credit card processors, may have their own privacy policies, and it is up to you to contact them regarding their policies. Billing: I understand the memberships to My City Sisters are billed on a recurring basis and that has been agreed to by me, the member. By entering into this Agreement, I acknowledge that my subscription has a recurring payment feature and I accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. I authorize My City Sisters to submit charges, at the end of my billing/membership cycle without prior authorization from me. I may at any time cancel my membership by contacting My City Sisters at cancellation@mycitysisters.com?with a request to cancel. If my request has not been sent at least?two days prior to my automatic renewal date, I agree that this notice will not affect charges that have been submitted before My City Sisters could act on my request. Member is responsible for maintaining and updating billing information. Refunds: No refunds of any kind will be issued for membership services.
