1. I can’t get my photo to load, can you do that for me?

Yes, please send it as an attachment to admin@mycitysisters and we will take care of that for you.

2. When I am looking at a person’s profile who has visited my page, how do I get back to my profile page?

Click on your name in the upper right corner and it will take you back to your profile page.

3. What is Send a Smile and how do I use it?

First logon with your member area, search for member and click on the link "Send a Smile" link. Some members don't always know what to say in a typed message, or might not have time to send a message to 30 different people. The send a smile allows them to let someone know they are interested in meeting simply by clicking a link.

4. How does the Shout Box work?

When you are logged in to your account, the shout box appears on the left side of your screen.? If you would like to be noticed by more people, you can type something in the shout box area, click on the "Shout!" button and your message as well as your picture will appear in rotation.? This is a great alternative to being found by searches.

5. I am not finding that many members in my searches, how can I find more?

When you do a general search, searching by country, region, and city, the less specific information you enter, the larger your search results will be.? For example, searching only for people in United States, will deliver more results than searching for United States, California, Los Angeles.
